We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and a government-issued identity document for verification. We also log your device type, IP address and session activity to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Only the masked identifier — such as the last four digits of a UPI handle or a Paytm reference ID — is retained for reconciliation. Full credentials are never stored on our servers once the payment gateway confirms the transaction.
